Diversify by Design (DxD) is excited to welcome Alfredo Weeks to the coalition’s Advisory Council. As a member of DxD’s Agency Workgroup, Alfredo was a critical force in shaping DxD’s first year.

Born in Washington D.C., of Panamanian and African American heritage, Alfredo takes a holistic approach when it comes to design and creative strategy by understanding that culture should be the foundation for creativity.

An artist at heart, partner, and lead strategist at FRINGE22, a boutique branding and creative strategy studio, helped ensure Alfredo's work and lifestyle are aligned by only working on projects focused on social impact and social justice.

His entrepreneurial spirit and passion in believing design can be one the strongest tools for social impact led him to work alongside clients such as ViacomCBS, Women for Women France, and The City of Columbus, Ohio, as well as building brands and creative strategies in politics and various grassroots initiatives.

Today, Alfredo chooses to pay it forward through his raw industry knowledge: as a mentor, public speaker, and Adjunct Professor at The Columbus College of Art and Design.
