She is also a three-time Global Diversity and Inclusion Award recipient, recognized for her leadership in embedding intersectionality into the business of tech.
Outside of her formal roles, Laura is deeply committed to community. Whether mentoring rising talent, designing programs for emerging Professionals, mentoring startups, or speaking across national platforms, she continues to advocate for an industry that reflects the full breadth of human experience.
We’re honored to welcome Laura to our Advisory Council and know her leadership will help push our mission forward. Her intersectional approach to systems, design, and strategy will be invaluable as we continue working to build a more inclusive future for the design industry and beyond.
