Delta Dental’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategist, Bre’Anne Sims, Joins DxD AC

We’re excited to welcome Diversify by Design (DxD) partner, Delta Dental’s Bre’Anne Sims to the coalition’s Advisory Council (AC) for so many reasons. Here are just a few.

Across the Design, Research and Market Insights teams at Delta Dental, Bre’Anne focuses on delivering insights-driven strategies and creating journey maps for the enterprise to understand customer experiences across different lifecycles. Her superpower to get the job done right: heart-centered empathy with a mindset of human-centered design in a collaborative environment. A key skill essential to creating systemic change for an inclusive and equitable future in design! 

Bre’Anne began her tenure at Delta Dental just over a year ago after making the leap to CX from her previous role as CX Ambassador with global commercial real estate services company, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she worked on JLL’s premier account with British Petroleum to enhance client engagement, events, and experiences. Her commitment to, and passion for, the customer is the foundation of her success and generalizes beautifully to coalition building.

In addition to joining the Advisory Council, Bre’Anne will be taking on the role of co-lead for Delta Dental’s upcoming DxD Intensives cohort with Lehman College this fall. Her experience and inspiration will definitely provide a unique perspective to students as they pursue a career in the design field.
