Laura Silva is a project manager and inclusive customer experience strategist, currently driving
program execution within fintech. With a foundation in UX and inclusive design, she specializes
in delivering cross-functional initiatives that center equity, accessibility, and cultural relevance in
digital spaces.
Her work bridges product thinking and social impact, and she has collaborated with
organizations such as IBM, Girls Who Code, IDSA, Huge, Lehman College, Techsgiving, the
University of Texas, HACE, and the Jaime Lucero Mexican Studies Institute. Whether leading
research, building programs, or mentoring emerging talent, Laura brings a sharp lens to the
systemic barriers shaping user experiences.
She is a three-time Global Diversity and Inclusion Award recipient, recognized for her leadership
in embedding access and intersectionality into the business of tech.
